Le Havre voted best European Seaport 2012

Readers of Cargonews Asia have voted Haropa (Le Havre, Rouen & Paris) “best European seaport” 2012.

Located at the entrance to the North-European range, Haropa is often the first port of call on import or last port of call on export on many shipping services.

Speaking in Shanghai on the presentation of the award, Hervé Martel, Chairman of the GPMH board, said:

"This confirmation of the service quality offered by all actors of the logistics chain is great pride for my teams and for the whole port community, as they have their efforts rewarded on the international shipping scene. Our actions bear fruit. Our ambitions now go beyond within the scope of the new dynamic move inspired by Haropa: the top French port complex grouping together the ports of Le Havre, Rouen and Paris."
